Return Policy

  • This Return and Refund Policy applies exclusively to the website and mobile application Sorbus.vn (the “Website”) operated by Sorbus Vietnam Co., Ltd. (the “Company”).

  • For any discrepancies in product delivery or any other valid reason as defined herein, you may request a return and refund via our Facebook Fanpage or through the Live Chat/Messenger on the Website.

  • Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving the product.

  • Returns may be requested for the following reasons:

    1. The delivered products are damaged or defective; or

    2. The product is expired; or

    3. The delivered product is incorrect, differs from the ordered item, or does not match the description on the Website.

  • Moisture-sensitive products sold are non-returnable.

  • Our Customer Service team may request you to submit electronic documentation (e.g., photos, receipt) to support the return review process.

  • Return requests will be processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) after the Website receives complete supporting documentation.

  • Once approved, the Customer will be informed about the product pickup schedule.

  • Pickup schedule will depend on the Customer’s location.

  • Items must be returned in their original, complete, and unused condition as received from the Website.
    Items purchased as a set must be returned in full. Similarly, any free gifts (if provided) and proof of purchase must be included with the returned product.

  • Returned items will be quality-checked within 48 hours after receipt. Some products may require a longer assessment period.

  • A notification will be sent to the Customer once the return and refund request has been approved.

1. Refund Method

The refund method depends on your original payment method:

a. Credit Card:
Refunds will be processed via card charge reversal and may take 1 to 2 billing cycles, depending on your bank’s processing time. Should there be any delays, you may contact your issuing bank for details.

b. Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or deposited into the Customer’s online account as reward points.

  • Points may be used toward your next online purchase.

  • An electronic credit record will appear in your account within 24 hours of refund approval.

  • Reward points are redeemable anytime and do not expire.

2. Shipping Fee Refund

Shipping fees may be refunded in the following cases:

a. If the returned item is approved and was charged a “bulky” shipping fee; or
b. If the approved return constitutes the entire order value.

The Company reserves the right to refuse exchanges or refunds for any product that has been opened or used, in accordance with Vietnamese regulations and policies. We accept no liability for any loss, claim, cost, damage, fee, or expense arising from such returns.
